Creek Functional Fitness is designed to utilize all aspects of fitness in order to achieve your fitness goals. These group classes incorporate body weight movements such as those seen in gymnastics, strength training such as power lifting and weight lifting along with conditioning. These different structures of conditioning will include one of our cardio machines such as our rowers and stationary bikes along with our own body machine...running. All classes are scalable whether you have an injury or simply new to this type of high intensity training. We are here to help you move efficiently while keeping proper form.
